Avenue Theaters is a collection of fully developed theater concepts created by Red Theory for homeowners who want an exceptional cinema experience without starting from a blank page. Drawing upon more than two decades of experience designing luxury residential theaters, each concept has been carefully crafted to balance aesthetics, comfort, acoustics, lighting, and performance within a cohesive design vision.

Every Avenue Theater has its own distinct character and design language. Some are inspired by contemporary architecture and clean modern lines, while others embrace warmer materials and a more intimate atmosphere. Each concept has been developed as a complete design, bringing together architecture, lighting, acoustics, seating, and technology within a unified vision.

We’ll schedule a project consultation to review your selected design, discuss your space, answer questions, and understand your goals. During this stage, we’ll also review timelines, seating requirements, interior finish options, and overall project expectations.
Once the project scope is confirmed, we’ll issue a fixed-price proposal for your custom theater design package. This allows you to move forward with clarity and confidence, without unexpected design costs.
Our team gathers the technical and architectural information required to customize the design for your home. This includes room dimensions, ceiling details, doors, windows, bulkheads, HVAC considerations, and any construction constraints. We’ll also coordinate with your AV dealer or incorporate your preferred speakers, projector, screen, seating, and acoustic requirements.
We create a complete custom home theater design package tailored specifically to your space. This includes interior design drawings, architectural detailing, reflected ceiling plans, finish concepts, lighting direction, and technical coordination required for construction.
Avenue provides a comprehensive specification package outlining all recommended materials, finishes, fixtures, and design elements. Physical finish samples can also be provided for review prior to construction to ensure confidence in every detail.
Once complete, your final design package is delivered digitally through our online portal. Your contractor, AV integrator, and project team will have access to all required drawings and documentation needed to execute the theater with accuracy and efficiency.
